About Jesus Youth Australia
Jesus Youth is a global Catholic movement that nurtures young people to live meaningful, creative, and fulfilling lives.
This life starts with a personal encounter with Jesus and grows through joyful spirituality in a community of friends who share the same faith. Everyone in the movement is called to live their faith daily by sharing the Good News and bringing the Church’s mission to the peripheries of our world. Jesus Youth is approved by the Holy See and is present in over 40 countries.
Jesus Youth empowers young people to grow in faith, serve others, and live joyfully by promoting a lifestyle grounded in its six pillars. The movement offers small groups, vibrant prayer meetings, retreats, and outreach and mission programs, all designed to help young people flourish in their faith journey.
Spirituality
The Jesus Youth movement has developed a vibrant spirituality over the years, influenced by the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and Church traditions. This spirituality centers on six key pillars and is designed to meet the needs of individuals in their daily lives:

Hours of Grace is a 100 day journey of Eucharistic adoration from Ash Wednesday all the way to Pentecost. For 16 years, faithful hearts have responded to this call, bringing adoration to parishes, schools, hospitals, and universities. This year, He is counting on you too!
