One of the most beautiful traditions of Jesus Youth in Australia, Hours of Grace is a 100 day journey of adoration from Ash Wednesday all the way to Pentecost.

For 16 years, faithful hearts across this nation have said yes to this call, bringing adoration into parishes, schools, hospitals, universities and beyond. This year, He is counting on you too!

Every moment before the Blessed Sacrament matters.
You can be part of this by joining or organising adoration in your parish, school, hospital, university or workplace, offering personal holy hours, or simply sharing this message with someone.

Prayer Intentions

1. We pray for the Holy Catholic Church, Pope Leo XIV and the leaders of the Church in Australia to be guided by the Holy Spirit.

2. We pray for the International Eucharistic Congress, that it may deepen our love for the Eucharist and strengthen the unity of the Church.

3. We pray for the protection of every human life, from conception to natural death.

4. We pray for God’s blessings in this Franciscan Jubilee Year, commemorating 800 years since St. Francis’s death. May this time of grace bring renewal, unity and hope.

5. We pray for our Christian brothers and sisters in regions of war and conflict, that they may be witnesses of peace, reconciliation, and hope.

6. We pray that every Jesus Youth in Australia receives grace for intentional evangelisation in 2026, and that all our initiatives – especially the Chosen National Youth Conference – become a river of grace for young people.
